Mediation Services:   Mediation is a process in which an impartial third person helps participants resolve a dispute on terms satisfactory to them.  Mediation is different from a trial or an arbitration where the parties put on their case and the judge or arbitrator makes a decision.  The mediator does not decide the outcome of the dispute, but instead helps the participants to do so.
